The individual will be responsible for managing the financial accounts of residential development properties in Singapore and ensuring compliance with statutory reporting requirements as well as financial accounting regulations.  His/her key responsibilities include group consolidation, variance analysis, cash flow projections as well as preparation of various financial, management and statutory reports.  He/she will assist in quarterly budgeting, forecasts as well as review and implement effective financial and operational control procedures.

 

 

 

 

As part of the investment team, you will play a supporting role in the identification and evaluation of business opportunities and acquisition of sites.  The job responsibilities include conducting feasibility studies, structuring of investment proposals and managing development issues (e.g. land / authority issues and cash flow forecasts) for the projects under the portfolio assigned.        

 

 

 

 

This position provides leadership for the information systems function for the CapitaLand Residential Singapore business entity. Specific areas of responsibility include Business and IT strategy alignment and overall management of IT application solutions, infrastructure, operations, security /compliance and IT budgets. Assists in setting policies and procedures, technical standards and methods, and priorities to ensure to ensure IT functional objectives are met and that the organization’s IT strategy supporting the Business is implemented effectively, consistently and according to established guidelines and budgets. This position manages liaison between information systems and other functions in the business entity or company.

 

Specifically, your key responsibilities include studying and specifying IT requirements, sourcing and proposing solutions to meet users’ needs, managing outsourced agents to provide smooth operations of Local and Wide Area Network as well as Office Automation System and Database Support.  You will establish IT operation priorities as well as review and enhance IT policies and procedures to provide effective services to users.  You will also participate or lead IT projects at company or group-wide level.
